A small addition and interior renovation transformed this single-family home. By reconfiguring spaces and extending a corner of the house, we created an open-concept design that enhanced the existing architecture. The project also included a new covered patio with a gas fireplace, space heaters, retractable screens, and an expanded deck, seamlessly extending the living area outdoors.
